Shipper
Definition
A shipper is an individual, company, or entity that is responsible for the transportation of goods from the point of origin to the destination. The shipper may be the owner or consignor of the goods or act on behalf of the owner to arrange for the shipping logistics, documentation, and coordination with carriers or freight forwarders.
