On Board B/L
An On Board B/L, or On Board Bill of Lading, is a document issued by a carrier or their agent to confirm that the goods have been loaded onto the vessel for shipment. It serves as proof that the carrier has taken possession of the cargo and assumes responsibility for its transportation. The On Board B/L includes important details such as the vessel name, voyage number, loading port, and the date of loading.
