C.O.D.
C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) is a term used in the supply chain to indicate a payment method where the buyer pays for goods or services at the time of delivery. In this arrangement, the carrier collects the payment from the recipient on behalf of the shipper. C.O.D. is often used when customers prefer not to pay in advance or when the seller wants to ensure payment before releasing the goods.
